Quarantine Emails
Due to the high volume of bulk and spam emails, Microsoft will constantly monitor incoming mail and quarantine messages they deem likely to fall in to those catagories. However, you can access your quarantine and release messages you feel are important to receive.
Please be cautious when releasing messages. We will not be responsible for malicious emails being released from quarantine by the user.
The first step to access your quarantine and releasing messages is to find our icon in the system tray.
You can find the system tray icons in the lower right corner of your screen:
Here
If our icon is not immediately visible, you will have to click the up arrow to see the icons that have been hidden by Windows:
Here
And there is our icon:
Here
When you click on the icon, you will find the option to "Check Email Quarantine":
Here
Clicking on "Check Email Quarantine" will open a browser window and take you to the Microsoft365 login page where you will need to login. In most cases, the username will be your email address. The password will be your Microsoft365 password. If you do not have this (in most cases it is not the same as your Windows login password), please reach out to us and we can provide it to you.
Once you complete the login process, you will be taken to a list of your quarantined messages which will look similar to this:
Check any messages you would like released and click the "Release" button at the top:
Here
Once you click "Release", a confirmation box will open on the right side of the screen asking you to confirm the release. Click "Release message(s)" at the bottom to release the message(s):
Here
Please keep in mind that while this will release the message, it will not whitelist the sender. If you would like to whitelist the sender to ensure future messages are not caught in quarantine, please email us at support@wcninc.com with the email address to request the whitelist.
Please be cautious when releasing messages. We will not be responsible for malicious emails being released from quarantine by the user.
